These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the fiorietruschi.it website (hereinafter, the "Site"). By accessing the Site or using its content, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Please read this document carefully before using the Site.

1. Owner of the Site

No direct purchase of services

The Website does not allow direct online purchases or the conclusion of contracts of any kind. None of the actions performed by the user on the Site, including submitting a contact form or requesting participation in Experiences, constitutes a binding contractual offer or creates an agreement between the parties. Any agreement may be concluded exclusively following direct negotiations between the user and Fiori Etruschi.

The Website serves as a platform for information requests, portfolio consultations, and initial contact.

Prices and agreements

Service prices and terms are discussed individually with each customer. Any agreements regarding services, rates, and schedules are formalized through direct communication and contractual agreements outside the Site.

To request services or communicate with Fiori Etruschi, users may be asked to provide their personal data as indicated in the contact form or in the relevant sections of the Site.

Payment Methods

Once a service agreement is reached, payment details will be provided via direct communication, a formal contract, or an invoice issued by Fiori Etruschi.

Payments are processed exclusively in euros (€). Fiori Etruschi uses banking services or third-party payment service providers to process transactions. Payment methods and instructions will be clearly indicated to the Customer and specified on the invoice.

Fiori Etruschi does not directly store or process user payment information. Payment security and processing are managed by selected third-party service providers, in compliance with their respective terms and security protocols.

3. Services offered

Fiori Etruschi offers the following services, which are described in more detail on the website in the various dedicated sections and pages:

• Floral and table arrangements for private and corporate events;

• Complete floral services for weddings;

• Styling and floral arrangements for photo shoots and editorial productions;

• Collaborations for cookbooks, editorials, and photography projects;

• Experiences: botanical dinners, workshops, and labs organised by Fiori Etruschi.

The characteristics, details, and pricing of each service will be defined from time to time in a written agreement between the parties. The information on the Site is for illustrative purposes only and does not constitute a public offer pursuant to Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code.

The images, photographs, and visual content on the Website are for illustrative and promotional purposes only. They represent examples of Fiori Etruschi's work and style, but do not constitute a contractual commitment or define the specific characteristics of a service or installation. Each project is unique and will be agreed upon with the client through direct negotiation, taking into account their needs, available materials, and seasonal conditions.

4. Contact forms and information requests

The contact forms on the Website, including those labelled "booking" for Experiences, are intended solely to collect preliminary inquiries and connect the user with Fiori Etruschi.

Submitting a form does not entail any obligation for either party, does not constitute a confirmed booking, and does not create a contractual obligation. Fiori Etruschi reserves the right to respond to requests at the times and in the manner it deems appropriate, and failure to respond may not be construed as acceptance or rejection of any proposal.

5. Botanical Club (Club Botanico)

The Botanical Club is a paid initiative currently under development, designed to offer members preferential access to Fiori Etruschi Experiences, exclusive materials, and private events.

The membership procedures, registration fee, any fees for member-only Experiences, and all detailed Club conditions will be defined and communicated to the Customer prior to joining. The information currently available on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer.

Expressing interest through the relevant form does not obligate the user in any way, does not create any rights towards Fiori Etruschi, and does not give rise to any payment obligation. The final financial conditions will be submitted to the user before any confirmation of membership.

6. Participation in Experiences and Cancellation Policy

Fiori Etruschi Experiences (botanical dinners, workshops, and similar events) are subject to availability. Participation is confirmed exclusively following a direct agreement between the user and Fiori Etruschi, which will define the payment methods and specific conditions for each event.

6.1 Cancellation by the participant

• 15 days or more before the event date: full refund, or no charge if payment has not yet been made;

• 14 to 8 days before the event date: partial refund of 50% of the fee paid;

• 7 days or less before the event date, or in the event of a no-show: no refund; the fee remains due in full.

A replacement participant can always be arranged with Fiori Etruschi.

6.2 Cancellation or modification by Fiori Etruschi

Fiori Etruschi reserves the right to cancel or modify an Experience in the event of force majeure, insufficient number of participants, or other organisational reasons. In this case, the user will be promptly notified and will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made, without further compensation.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, images, photographs, floral arrangements, logos, graphics, videos, and any other material, is the exclusive property of Fiori Etruschi or third parties who have granted permission to use it, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws (Law 633/1941 and subsequent amendments).

It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, publish, or use the Website's content for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Fiori Etruschi. Personal consultation and temporary storage for private, non-commercial purposes are permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

Fiori Etruschi is committed to keeping the information on the Website accurate and up-to-date, but does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the content for specific user purposes.

Fiori Etruschi is not responsible for:
